Arrábida / Setúbal Private Tour * Private Tours *
The best part of this private tour is the change of scene. In one day, you move from Lisbon’s city views to limestone cliffs, pine-covered hills, fishing villages, and open sea. The route crosses the 25th April Bridge, pauses at Cristo Rei, then sweeps through the Setúbal Peninsula.
I like the private format, since your group of up to three can ask for a slower pace or more time at a favorite stop. I also like the variety: the sea views at Cabo Espichel feel very different from Sesimbra’s village streets, while Setúbal adds a working-town feel. The main drawback is simple: eight hours covers a lot of ground, so some stops may feel like introductions rather than full visits.
